What do you sell?
We sell our own homebred Aberdeen Angus beef. We also sell free range pork, sourced from Anna's Happy Trotters. We sell Herb Fed Poultry, Free Range Chickens, as well as local Honey, Fresh Eggs, Sourdough, Award Winning Pork Pies from J A Mounfield & Son Ltd, Frozen Sausage Rolls…and more!
Is the beef born & bred at East Marsh Farm?
Yes, all of our beef is homebred and reared on the farm with a focus on quality, animal welfare, and traceability.
Is your beef fresh or frozen?
From the shop or markets - always fresh. We do have a freezer in the shop which you’re welcome to rummage!
If you order a Nationwide box of meat, this will be sent out frozen with wool liners and ice packs.
Do I need to pre-order?
No, you’re welcome to walk in and shop. However, pre-orders are recommended for popular cuts to avoid disappointment.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept both card and cash payments.
Are your burgers and sausages gluten free?
No, sadly our burgers and sausages are NOT gluten free.
We can source gluten free PORK sausages.
Do you have parking?
Yes, on-site parking is available at the farm.
Are dogs allowed?
Friendly dogs on leads are welcome outdoors, but not inside the shop.
Do you open every day?
No; we operate as a pop-up farm shop on selected dates and times. Opening days are announced on our social media pages and on our website.
Can I place a large or bulk order?
Absolutely. We can cater for bulk freezer orders, including 1/4 & 1/2 beef packs.
BBQ orders can also be placed, 100+ burgers etc. We just ask for plenty of notice.
Do you offer cooking advice?
Yes, we’re always happy to recommend cooking methods, and the best cuts for different meals.
How do we order?
To click and collect, fill in our contact form - hit send and your pre order will come to us via email.

Is it collection only?
You can collect from the farm, collect from a market we attend or order a meat box and have it shipped to your door - we post out anywhere in the UK for £15.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, order via email. Collect from the shop or we can pop the voucher in the post.
What if I’d like to order meat but can’t make the shop?
Absolutely fine - send your order over and let us know when you'd like it for. Speak with Amie to sort out a collection day/time!
Is your beef non religiously slaughtered?
Yes, we use a small family run abattoir in Bubwith near Howden. All our cattle are fully stunned & non religiously slaughtered.
